HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY PIECE AFTER PURCHASE?

After you place an order, we get to work patterning and handmaking your piece to ship to you within 4-6 weeks. Looking for faster service? Email us directly at info@bawdyloveclothing.com. Typically we charge 10-15% for expedited pieces.

HOW WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?

STANDARD SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail from the Seattle area which takes an average of 2-5 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days). To rush the production of your piece please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship USPS international mail (typically 7-10 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout. For priority or express international shipping, or insurance/tracking number inquiries please email us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the nature of intimate clothing, we can not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we stand by the quality and fit of our pieces. Our quality and fit guarantee ensures your pieces will be made with the utmost standards, or we'll remake it. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

HOW ARE YOUR PIECES SIZED?

Every Bawdy Love piece is custom made to your size. We are exceptionally passionate about you having a piece that fits you perfectly. Upon receiving your order we will email you with directions to take your measurements.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Yes! We love making custom pieces, and often include them in future lines. If you have a dream of a new piece in mind please contact us. We'll sketch your piece and quote you a custom price. Then we'll take a deposit and get to work. Custom pieces incure a $25 or 15% custom fee (which ever is higher). Custom fabrics incure a $15 fee and may include the cost of the specific fabric.
