We ship via USPS Priority Mail from the Seattle area which takes an average of 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-7 days for processing.

STOCK PIECES: All Bawdy Love stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, less a 20% restocking fee. We suggest that you always try your pieces over clothing first. Due to the nature of intimate clothing, pieces that have been tried on without undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be approved by email.
CUSTOM PIECES: We do not allow returns or exchanges of custom pieces, but we do guarantee the fit and quality always. If you receive your piece and think the fit or quality is off, please email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you tomake it right.
Bawdy Love pieces fit a little differently than most. That's because we've engineered them to be super-stretchy, allowing them to fit you over a span of sizes. Because of this it's very possible that you fit in more than one of our sizes. We suggest that you pick the size that you fall squarely in the middle of, but even if you're the smallest or largest number listed for a size, it will still fit great. If you prefer a snug fit we suggest you size down.
